Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team of support professionals as we work to design and deliver the next generation of service offerings to our customers. In this role, you will partner with the Product Manager as you orchestrate cross-functional teams and activities to design support service offerings that provide new revenue streams for Intel and deliver high-value outcomes for our customers. Your expertise in creating paid plans and your ability to establish cross-functional infrastructure and alignment will be crucial in bringing these offerings to market successfully.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned team managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage strategic global programs, coordinating and delegating key actions across teams as needed.
Identify key requirements to empower cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute in the most effective manner.
Develop and manage against established business goals/objectives. Establish the priorities, direction, decisions within the defined scope of the project.
Work with others to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the overall program of work.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks.
Create high confidence development and execution plans with well-defined objectives, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
Keep the project on track; effectively work through challenges with functional areas and executive management. Monitor progress against schedule and take remedial action as appropriate.
Coordinate and prioritize utilization of resources with other functions.
Lead the project team in complex technical and non-technical problem solving.
Regularly present and provide written communication for plans, risks, status, and decisions to varied audiences from functional areas to executive management.
A strong candidate will demonstrate the following traits:
Exceptional leadership, time management, collaboration, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience managing complex projects with highly matrixed teams across multiple geographies.
Experience utilizing program execution methods around, schedule creation and tracking, risk management definition, tracking and mitigation, resource planning, team minutes creation, AR tracking, financial tracking, etc.

Comfortable presenting and demonstrating to an executive-level audience.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, product management, software engineering, or related fields.
6+ years of experience as a program/project manager.
Experience using Microsoft Projects
Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP)
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP)
Experience with industry-standard project management tools.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience in leading and running virtual project teams.
Experience in delivering support and service offerings.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $116,819.00-$175,333.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
