The National Security Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Program Manager to work with our customer at Eglin AFB, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support the Joint Assessment Division mission with staffing, training, management, and leadership of a 46 FTE workforce (analysts and engineers), for the conduct of independent, comprehensive operational analyses of emerging, developmental and fielded Command and Control Information Systems and Procedures (C2ISP).
Responsibilities:
Provide differentiated, uninterrupted services to support JAD Annual Workplan completion – e.g., FY24, Joint Staff J6 sponsored Bold Quest Coalition Capability Demonstration and Assessment; Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assessments that leverage Service and Combatant Command venues, such as US Army Project Convergence, USINDOPACOM Valiant Shield, and 18th Airborne Corps Scarlet Dragon; Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) sponsored Global Information Dominance Experiments.
Coordinate with the JAD Division Chief (military O6) and Contracting Officer’s Representative to ensure understanding of customer intent and satisfaction with the contract.
Coordinate customer analytical and technical requirements with assessment project military leads.
Coordinate customer business requirements with four DoD civilian led branches – i.e., Operational Assessment Branch, Technical Branch and Sustainment Branch at Eglin AFB, as well as the Technical Assessment Branch at Suffolk, VA.
Provide effective financial management for a 5 ½ year contract balancing the $73M ceiling constraint with Leidos division revenue and On Contract Growth requirements.
Embrace Leidos program execution requirements – e.g., staffing, risk management, training, employee engagement, DEI, long term growth.
Basic Qualifications
Education: BA/BS
15 years military or civilian equivalent experience, with 2 years in a C2ISP field (e.g., air, maritime, ground C2)
Experience that demonstrates responsibilities for test and/or assessment type program/project management activities
Demonstrated technical and managerial leadership in the scope and depth of tasks described in the PWS
Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources

PMPPay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
