Job Description
Program Manager resource to support me on the ITRM 3-Yr Strategic roadmap development and ITRM project portfolio health tracking. The resource should have a strong background in strategic roadmap development, the creation/development of processes, procedures, templates to support roadmap development, project intake/ prioritization experience, and the ability to effectively communicate and produce materials for executive leadership. Below are the key responsibilities and deliverables that will be required of the resource. I look forward to speaking to you more about the role.
1. Roles & Responsibilities. As part of the Services, Supplier shall provide resources with the skillset to fulfill the below roles and responsibilities.
A. Role(s): Program Manager
a. ITRM Project Portfolio Governance and Process Owner: Develop and manage ITRM portfolio management processes and templates (i.e. Ideation, Work Intake, Planning, Business Case)
b. Lead ITRM Project Portfolio process change management, communications, and training activities
c. ITRM Project Portfolio Prioritization/Flow & Risk Management: Facilitate project portfolio prioritization and risk management related check-in meetings, and activities w/ ITRM Leadership and project teams
d. ITRM Portfolio Planning Roadmap Development & Management: Lead 18 to 36 month roadmap development/update activities/check-ins w/ Capability Managers and ITRM Project Execution team (monthly/quarterly)
e. Develop, Maintain & Communicate ITRM Project Portfolio Calendar/Activities
f. Project Portfolio Performance - Develop and maintain project portfolio performance executive communications and metrics (i.e. bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)
g. ITRM Overall Portfolio Project Budget Performance Tracking and Reporting
h. Portfolio Value Management & Reporting: lead processes to evaluate, measure, track, report, and communicate project benefits and performance at the portfolio level (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)
i. Partner w/ ITRM Project Execution team to collect project performance data (i.e. scope changes, risks, etc.) that will be used to inform/support ITRM Leadership project portfolio decision making
j. Act in the capacity of a Project Manager or Business Analyst as needed to ensure the delivery of the program of projects.
Recommend and support the implementation of project portfolio management processes, standards, and documentation improvements to maximize efficiencies and general management of projects
