Job Description:
The University of Texas at Dallas Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and facilitate various programs and initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within the university community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, event planning, and implementation, with a passion for cultivating a culture of innovation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can successfully engage with students, faculty, leadership, and the public.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
5 years of experience in event planning, project management, and implementation.
Interest or experience in higher education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Charismatic personality with the ability to engage and inspire audiences.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
