Description: The selected candidate will be the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) responsible for all cost, schedule, and technical performance aspects for subcontracts in the Advanced Programs family of programs for development and production subcontracts and significant material procurements.
This scope includes major subcontracts from $2M-$20M and CPIF, CPFF, FFP, and T&M contract types. There will be follow-on proposal activities concurrent with program execution. The position requires working with the program teams to manage the existing subcontract scope while supporting strategies and proposal activities for future contract growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: negotiating and baselining new subcontract(s), leading programmatic and technical meetings with the subcontractor(s), management of the subcontractors’ Earned Value baseline, identifying execution risks and opportunities as well as associated mitigation or realization actions, management of any Customer driven changes and their impact to the subcontractor, communication with leadership, and participation in internal leadership and customer meetings.
While the position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate must be located near the Lockheed Martin RMS facility at King of Prussia, PA and be willing to work in the office at least 3 days a week. In addition, the candidate must be willing to travel to subcontractor locations as necessary.
This position requires a Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Basic Qualifications:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
