  What you will do

  As a Program Managemenet and Ambassador Lead, you will:

  Program Management

  End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of assigned programs, from initial concept and design to successful implementation and measurement of outcomes.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving collaboration for overall project success.

  Results Measurement:

  Develop and implement comprehensive measurement strategies to track program success and effectiveness.

  Analyze data and feedback to continually refine and enhance program offerings.

  Ambassadorial Role:

  Official Spokesperson: Act as the official spokesperson for the program, effectively conveying its value proposition to both internal and external audiences.

  Customer Meetings:

  Represent the program in customer meetings, articulating its benefits and impact.

  Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights to inform program enhancements.

  Public Relations (PR):

  Collaborate with the PR team to develop and execute communication strategies that elevate the program's visibility.

  Leverage media opportunities to share success stories and milestones.

  Media and Marketing:

  Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content and collateral that effectively communicates the program's value.

  Identify opportunities for thought leadership and contribute to content creation for various marketing channels.

  What we are looking for

  Program Managament and Advocacy skills and experience are clearly important aspects to this role. The ideal candidate will have all or a good selection of the following:

  Proven experience in program management, demonstrating successful project delivery.

  Experience in ambassadorial roles, public speaking, or customer-facing positions is an asset.

  Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

  Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  High energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, and a desire to make a significant impact.

  Experience designing and delivering enablement programs and training materials.

  Stakeholder management skills to build credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels.

  Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset.

  Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.

  Bachelor's degree preferred
