Description: The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the coordination and establishment of program financial objectives & forecasts, quarterly contract status reviews (CSRs), monthly earned value management system (EVMS) including the development of accurate estimates to complete (ETCs), and variance analysis. The candidate will analyze the programs' financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended financial CSR and long range plan (LRP) positions. The candidate will be expected to partner with Program Management, cost account managers (CAMs) and Planning team members. Additionally, they will be responsible for ad hoc requests and contract closeouts as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel

• Be self-motivated and have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be able to develop relationships and work effectively with others in different locations.

• Proficient in Excel with advanced knowledge of data mining formulas and analysis experience with large data sets
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
