As a member of the North America (NA) HR Data & Systems Team, the Program Delivery & Interface Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s transformation and business work by acting as a techno-functional utility player within Data & Systems. The role will interface primarily with the HR Services’ transversals, towers, Group IT, and our offshore teams in India. You will be responsible for owning and understanding all upstream and downstream collaborate with SAP/My Connect to resolve/address issues with our team and relevant partners.
Role Requirements
The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience within a HRIS or IT systems role
A high-level understanding of network configuration, APIs, SFTPs, interface management, HTML coding, and operating systems
Experience with SAP (HRIS) or SuccessFactors (HRIS), Image Now (document repository), and eNate (process workflow tool) is a plus
Successful project management experience including leading projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment
Work with both technical and non-technical partners and modify content based on the audience
Validated ability to review, prioritize, and address technical issues as they are reported
Technical Savviness, including confirmed Excel, Reporting and Presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, IT, or commensurate experience preferred
Role Scope and Definition
The core function of the Data & Systems team is to deliver techno-functional support to the HR Services teams, while evaluating, understanding, and leading impacts to the business. The team's key activities involve being responsible for the tools used in HR and solving issues in the downstream systems that receive employee data from HR. We also provide support to HR Business Partners and Directors for their local or global initiatives. Additionally, the team supports acquisition and divestiture actions, large scale transfer groups, and testing for changes that affect the NA employee population. This unit serves as a liaison to other entities in NA on HR reporting and other data consolidation issues.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning and integration of our HR systems, focusing on technical support, and data integrity. You will act as the primary technical contact for specific HR functions, collaborating with internal partners to facilitate system changes, lead vendor interfaces, and support system upgrades.
In support of the above objectives, you will at various times be required to:
Address vendor interface files (iPaas), system troubleshooting, system administration (eNate), SFTP, and API integrations
Assist with interface integration for SuccessFactors implementation
Document and maintain processes for data transmission and develop strategies to supervise data integrity
Troubleshooter for interface issues involving employee records and data files. This involves identifying errors, testing solutions, coordinating with partners, and working with vendors for corrections
Extract and transform data from various sources for reporting and auditing purposes
Participate in the review and implementation of new system releases. Assess impacts on other applications and collaborate with teams for rollout
Optimize system and data flow where needed, document processes, and build training materials for new features
Provide ongoing support for HR team, addressing system errors and identifying areas for process improvements
