DoD PNT Program Analyst
SAIC is seeking a Staff Officer to provide support to the DoD CIO PNT Enterprise.
This role will provide technical and administrative support to the Office of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) in its various roles overseeing and managing the DoD Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Enterprise. This position is based at the Pentagon.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Support Director/Deputy Director (GS-15s) to keep Team 3 PNT Enterprise functioning at a high level.
Provide comprehensive support to Oversight Council, Executive Management Board (EMB), and associated Working Groups.
Coordinate meetings, staff actions, and taskings.
Track Congressional mandates, Leadership requests, and internal coordination actions.
Develop briefings, talking points, white papers that target specific DoD CIO issues, audiences, and/or topics; Develop a full explanation of the issue to be addressed; Understand the audience targeted, the outcome desired, the schedule, and other relevant information.
Research/develop materials and responses to special projects requests.
Work daily ops and ensure continuity of tasks and personnel for the Director.
Respond to quick turn and no-notice taskings from leadership
Assist with building, tracking, and processing CATMS packages.
Perform in-depth investigation and provide analysis for leadership as required.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in either GPS, PNT enterprise, Space enterprise, Programmatics, Program Element Monitor (PEM) background, Acquisition, or Aviation
Strong Pentagon staff experience across OSD, Joint Staff and the Services

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
