Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS. Responsibilities You will coordinate the efforts of ship maintenance action officers as related to planning, programing, and budgeting. You will maintain the validity and accuracy of the Ship Maintenance Requirements Model, to include the Regional Maintenance Centers and mission funded Naval Shipyards' Models. You will oversee the development and revision of ship maintenance policy. You will ensure ship maintenance budget exhibits are consistent with the programming phase decisions. You will support internal and external Navy audits of the maritime maintenance and readiness programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For GS-14 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the Navy budgeting processes. 2) Interpreting complex financial information and data with respect to Navy maintenance. 3) Developing and communicating policy recommendations regarding financial knowledge and data analysis. 4) Managing complex programs. 5) Demonstrating experience working running reports, retrieving and loading information into the Planning Budget Information System (PBIS). For GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
