Responsibilities As a PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties: Serves as a Program Analyst for all the enterprise analytic initiatives under the Enterprise Analytics & Information directorate and is responsible for all aspects of the studies assigned to include the initiatives' plan, design, measurement, and implementation to meet the goals and timelines of the assigned enterprise initiatives. Conducts in-depth and complex analysis of all the assigned initiatives. Analysis and studies performed include business process assessments, metric management, data management, data querying, documentation, and establishing analytics around the DCSA enterprise. Studies will involve varying and complex analytical methodologies and techniques to include gap analysis, statistical testing, data analytics and visualization, and data. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG/GS 12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Advance knowledge and experience in business process assessments, metric management, data management, data querying, documentation, and establishing analytics; Experience in planning, designing, measuring, and implementing to meet the goals and timelines of the assigned enterprise initiatives; Expert experience assessing specific and detailed issues and problems which impact enterprise analytics and recommends actions for refinement and improvement; Experience conducting a variety of analytical studies and then recommending avenues of approach for achieving initiative goals, and produces results through analysis which may also yield more effective initiative plans and policies.
