　　To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator located in Senai, Johor .

　　What a typical day looks like:Shipment commitment to customer daily.Handle the forecast loading, analysis, and simulation weekly.ECO / SBR request from customer.ENO / ICC charges to customer for monthly report.Shipment arrangement ( SO, RSN, SRF) Manage claim from customer and PO.RMA creation and return commitment.LTB purchase control and approval.Quote for SBR build charges. RoHS / COC / NRTL documentation to customer, pre-alert to quality before shipment out to KP.Follow up for the FA / qualification requirement with customer and CFT team.Attend weekly SCN / PCN call every Friday with KPAttend weekly call for the MR material status with KP and Baxter.Attend weekly Vest model call with KP and Baxter for the ECO change / SBR / FA package update.Attend Optimus biweekly call every Wed for Sanmina material transfer.RMA incoming pre-alert and coordination.MRC commitment weekly review FOL commitmentPre-load / LVC file for every Wednesday callThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is requiredJob Category
