Key Responsibilities:
Execute product implementation, customization and consulting assignments in accordance with Delivery guidelines, including:
Guidance and consulting with clients on usage of ONESOURCE suite of products
Project Management & scheduling
Proactive customer engagement
Requirements capture, scoping, setup & design
Project risk management
Training
Contribute to the training of customers by facilitating face to face and remote training sessions, as well as:
Updating materials, and documenting new materials as needed
Recording eLearning training videos
Proactive customer account management for assigned customer portfolio, by:
Understanding customer needs and the tax & accounting environment
Act as an escalation point and escalate as appropriate
Proactively explore opportunities to improve customer service as well as seek and leverage new consulting and sales opportunities to grow revenue
Work with the Customer Success team to manage and maintain customer accounts and execute the account management plans
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification or commensurate practical experience. Other professional accreditation (e.g. CA, CPA) highly desirable
Familiarisation with the ONESOURCE product suite highly desirable
Two to four years in a corporate, financial services or taxation environment in a commercial / corporate tax advisory capacity or business tax advisory role with a chartered accounting practice, or Big 4
Commercial TEA (tax provision) experience is an advantage
Commercial tax compliance as relevant to a large ASX company e.g. top 100 ASX
Sound technical understanding of tax legislation / compliance, finance reporting
Comfortable with IT / software principles
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in a face paced, team oriented environment
Project management skills
Attention to detail
Strong time management
