This position will work establishing partnerships with the institutions that maintain the graduate courses, their professors and students, supporting the Dental School Program by promoting the relationship with professors of the company's focus fields in dental universities, working together with KOLs and dental institutions, support scientific activities, congresses and dental events in person and online, and act in the activities of the Bright Smiles Bright Futures program.
Main Responsibilities
Build partnership with professional institutions that maintain postgraduate courses, establishing relationships with the possibility of advertising and/or technical-scientific lectures detailing and sampling the oral hygiene products and the professional line.
Visiting experts listed by the Dental School Program, establishing relationships and partnerships with professors, influencers and KTLs, and identifying the Rising Stars of dentistry.
Support all activities related to Key Opinion Leaders and Colgate's partnerships with dental institutions.
Support the negotiation, structuring, organization and implementation of Colgate's participation in face-to-face and online dental congresses and events.
Participate in Colgate Professional's conferences, events, online lectures and scientific activities, helping to carry them out accross the country.
Participate in activities of Bright Smiles Bright Future program.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry. Desirable Postgraduate
Intermediate-fluent English. Desirable Spanish
Progressive experience in the dental or pharmaceutical industry in the area of Professional Product Marketing, Professional Relations or Scientific Affairs.
Approximately 70% (national) travel is required.
Proven Academic Experience and good transit in the academic environment.
Professional network and Project Management skills to lead and develop global projects.
Interpersonal capacity for planning and organization.
Excellent verbal and written ability to effectively interact with leaders from multicultural markets and multifunctional areas, adapting the communication style to various audiences
