Job Description Summary
The Production Test Supervisor will supervise and direct day to day activities of technical hourly (union) associates in production test operations supporting all products manufactured at the site. The role impacts departmental operations and has responsibility for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the labor productivity of the test area to >90%Support and prioritize troubleshooting efforts of aerospace electronics and electrical power generation equipment to ensure 100% on time delivery to customersManage pay and time keeping for hourly team membersMaintain training certifications and ISO audit certification requirementsDrive inventory reduction through efforts to improve test cycle time, identify, exploit, and elevate test constraints through development of OEE, OLE, and other equipment and labor constraint management metricsDevelop a capacity model to drive cross functional communication and shared visibility of test capacity across the P&LWork across the business with other coaches to accomplish shared objectivesDevelop and drive improvement on appropriate site metricsAddress and correct EHS and quality concern reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 3 years of leadership experienceThis role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens.
