SUMMARY
The Production Specialist (Video Emphasis) works under the Supervision of the Campus Production Director to disciple, develop, and shepherd the servant-leader Production Team. The Production Specialist empowers the servant-leaders for the work of ministry in various positions of live production.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
As a part of the overall Reservoir staff team, participate in campus-wide ministry events and the shepherding of our Reservoir faith family.
Basic personal responsibilities:
Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Biblestudy, prayer, meditation and practicing L3.
Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).
Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.
Maintain active participation in community.
Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.
Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Production Staff to grow and develop a spiritually healthy and effective production ministry.
Maintain service-critical responsibilities such as scheduling team members, maintaining production gear properly, and leading servant leader teams in excellent service production.
Shepherd and disciple, the members of the Production Team to learn from Christ, live in Christ, and lead others to Christ.
Recruit and empower servant leaders to lead in all positions of the Production Team, while maintaining specific ownership of Video Production roles.
Work with Worship Technology Staff, Campus Production Director, and One Church Production Director for equipment repair and upgrades.
Work alongside Front of House Production Specialist to ensure team needs (technical and personal) are met.
Provide input to the Campus Production Director for additional equipment needs.2
Work with the Communications Team to ensure all videos and graphics are prepared ahead of time.
Assist the Production Staff to prepare for services.
Work with Worship Staff in preparing Planning Center and stage design changes.
Capture and archive all Sunday services, special events, and funerals.
Provide continued training opportunities to equip servant leaders to serve.
Help with ministry events that require production (baby dedication, funerals, etc.)
Assist in the development and implementation of the Reservoir Campus Worship Production budget.
Be dedicated to quarterly training and development in order to continue to grow in technical abilities and to strengthen the team dynamic.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervises and coordinates work with servant leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree minimum; and four to six years of related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diverse group of people, communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone, e-mail and in person, demonstrating tact and diplomacy. Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain strong working relationships with volunteers, co-workers, the public and church members and regular attendees. The individual must have the ability to understand written or oral instructions; read, analyze and interpret complex documents, instructions manuals, policies and procedures is essential.
COMPUTER AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
The individual must have demonstrated skill in the use of Windows/MacOS to complete tasks, including word processing and spreadsheets and the ability to use the internet for information retrieval. The individual must have basic mathematical skills, knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting, and budget and expense monitoring. The individual must have the ability to read financial information and spreadsheets.
REASONING ABILITY
The individual must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries; simultaneous conceptualization and planning of multiple tasks, ability to project outcomes using different implementation strategies and ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to problem situations; and solve practical problems. The ability to work effectively and efficiently under stressful conditions to ensure deadlines are met is essential.3
