　　Responsable for the service of the activities in scope.

　　Manages the daily performance of the delivery team, operational risks and issues and team performance.

　　Responsible of the quality of the service, the continuous improvement and the productivity delivered.

　　Workload assignment and distribution on daily basis

　　Supports Service delivery lead in management activities.

　　Operational responsabilities:

　　Responsible to executing the RFx process from selection, negotiation, contracting and onboarding to meet business requirements:

　　- Executing the global category strategy created by ISS and BG Sourcing Global Category Managers;

　　- Achieving the procurement KPIs (savings, TPD -Total Payable Days increase for cash flow improvement);

　　- Reporting (savings report on monthly basis, other reports requested by the leadership);

　　- Managing spend and processing Purchase Requests as per agreed threshold;

　　- Ensure compliance with Procurement policies (SOPs);

　　- Running RFPs to ensure good value and quality for client;

　　- Negotiations and procurement contract execution ;

　　- Managing Suppliers;

　　- Relationship management with Stakeholders;

　　- Negotiations supporting Global Category Managers and Stakeholders; Non-Voice 70%
