1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30pm, OT based on production needs

What you will do:
As the Production Scheduler, you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
Understand work flow within manufacturing processes
Run Daily Plan and other standardized tools to assist the value stream leadership
Work with Value stream purchaser and review at appropriate frequencies; raw material Purchase Orders (Pos) and sub component POs
Monitor aged WIP, Open balances on POs and Receive/ Inspect inventories
Ensure the data integrity of all planning models and Oracle systems
Work with PTL to plan production resources, OT levels, Resource Level Loading, and WIP Inventories
Cut routers to the floor, archive routers, cycle counts on WHs, and Raw material storage/ Lot control
Quickly address issues via counter -measures/ trouble-shooting with focus on root cause continuous improvement planning
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
High school diploma or GED, required
Three (3) years relevant manufacturing experience, required
Experience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the Medical Device industry, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email), preferred
