Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Director Production located in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, MX .
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director Production will be responsible for executing Production Plan and request Corrective actions to Down time generators, and managing day-to-day production plan and core functions of operations in order to achieve and maintain produccion excellence.
What a typical day looks like: Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most cutthroat cost Establish and communicate Business Unit objectives and assignments Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives. Meet with Executive Leadership at least monthly to review and evaluate KPI's Define operational financial goals Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments. Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals. Meet with Executive Business at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI's. Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers. Partner with other business to establish strategic plans and goals. Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, and logistics. Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce The experience we're looking to add to our team: BA/BS or equivalent work experience Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment.Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written). Customer and company metrics Excellent Business skills/ People management staff development Passionate Intelligence Commercial negotiation Negotiation with clients Guide multiple manufacturing entities.
