Job Description:
Primarily responsible for preparation of marketing materials and execution of syndicated loans, with an opportunity to attend and participate in client pitches and lender meetings, gain exposure to complex transactions, and build on existing credit, structuring, communication and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare marketing materials (pitches, lender presentations)Prepare comparable transaction analysisFinancial modelingReview legal documents for syndication specific terms (engagement/commitment papers, credit agreements)Set up and manage Syndtrak sites for new deals / coordinate with Agency Management for existing dealsCoordinate bank meeting logistics and attend meetingsDirectly communicate with borrower, lenders, counsel, and agency managementManage closing logistics (prepare allocations memo, funds flow, closing invoice, accounting and regulatory reporting, pipeline management)Partner with Senior Product Specialist to ensure seamless execution of syndicated loansEstablish and maintain strong partnership with Leveraged Finance
