Our team has grown with referrals and internal promotions.Responsibilities:*Performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.*Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer.*Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions.*Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.*Submits products for analytical testing.*Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.*Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.Requirements:*Bachelor's degree*5+ years of experience in a similar role*Experience recommending qualitative and quantitative consumer testing plans and analyzing the resulting data, preparing test plans using current knowledge of systems such as Nexus, Enovia, and Cispro.*Additional Experience in shampoo surfactant technology.*Experience working with sulfate-free surfactant packages*Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365 Tools.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
