Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will collaborate with a team of Product Owners, business leaders and IT to align technology needs with corporate strategies and goals. As part of the Business Acceleration Team, you will play a critical role in fostering secure operational performance through the use of technologies, cloud solutions, applications, products, and systems.
Responsibilities:
Drive product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.Collaborate with system users and business stakeholders to understand their additional needs, prioritize accordingly, and engage in active communication with internal stakeholders to ensure were adapting and iterating at an appropriate pace.Influence and motivate cross functional teams with a focus on getting things done.Develop a plan to evaluate current technology stacks and implement new, positioning the company for long term success, while accounting for profitability (ROI) of proposed products.Ensure stakeholders understand the overall product strategy, roadmap and backlog by maintaining communication and visibility to all involved with the product.Provide industry-focused vision and direction to the Information Technology team. This position and the Business Acceleration team act as a primary liaison between IT and business.Maintains third party relationships and evaluates vendor solutions for integration into operations.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required5-7+ years of experience in the field of large-scale IT projects, IT consulting or business analysis, or equivalent subject matter expertise in an applicable business field. 3+ years of experience as a product owner or a related role preferred.Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate.Strong strategic thinking/vision and decision-making skills including business savvy and relationship management.Collaborative mindset - this is a highly cross-functional role.Ability to develop and manage multiple business imperatives.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to to detail.We Offer:
