　　Owns people management responsibilities for 1-3 business analystsOwns the development and delivery of a software product in line with business needsOwns and drives key business relationships for the productResearches and analyzes industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to productCreates & maintains an executable backlog of product requirementsUnderstands, defines, and communicates prioritization of product requirements with a mind toward business value and tradeoffsAssists with the distillation of product backlog requirements into user storiesParticipates actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive team alignment on product vision and value deliveryWeighs business risks, issues, & impediments being experienced by the product team & actively assists with issue resolutionInspects product progress throughout the sprint and is empowered to make critical decisions and accept work completed by the teamSupports product team members as they engage with stakeholders, build a backlog, and deliver work

　　Mandatory Experience

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in an agile environmentStrong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworksProven experience managing design and delivery of low-to-medium complexity productsSound knowledge of emerging technologies focusing on cloud products, SaaS platforms, or Enterprise Applications
