Your role

We're looking for a Product Owner for the Client Onboarding platform:
• act as a liaison between business and technology partners to research issues, track investigations and manage through resolution
• work with business partners to clarify and develop requirements related to reporting needs
• determine strategy for the platform in conjunction with stakeholders and senior product management
• create and maintain backlog and assign items to be worked on to appropriate team members
• support project management with documentation and production of status on progress
• ensure business requirements meet regulatory and policy definitions
• provide pre and post production support for all releases to ensure accuracy of implementation
• identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend changes
• contribute specialist knowledge during all phases of development including launch and education

Your team
You'll be working in the client lifecycle platforms team in Digital Strategy and Platforms (WM US) based in Weehawken, NJ. We're responsible for supporting Client Onboarding, Account opening and client lifecycle IT platforms from a business and client experience perspective. As a product owner you will be collaborating with many areas of our business and support functions to help ensure we deliver solutions to our clients that provide meaningful impact.

Your expertise
• ideally 5-10+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management, preferably in a similar role
• Project management/analyst experience ideal
• knowledge and experience with Client Onboarding, KYC and Client lifecycle processes would be a benefit
• strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt, with good written and verbal communication skills
• collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
