Skills Requirements:

Knowledge Requirements:
Strong understanding of financial services, particularly life and annuities.Proficiency in contemporary requirements gathering and management practices.Experience in managing SCRUM teams from a product perspective.Familiarity with the entire Product Life Cycle and ACORD data model (preferred).Understanding of the Pragmatic Product Management processes and methodology
Other Requirements:
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and scope.Identify product stakeholders and user groups.Solicit requirements through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and site visits.Write clear and concise requirements specifications.Decompress high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications.Define quality benchmarks, external interfaces, and project constraints.Lead requirements analysis and validation.Participate in requirements prioritization and manage changes.Implement opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or related experience.Minimum 5 years of product owner experience (1 year in a customer-facing role).Agile environment experience required.Previous experience in insurance or financial services, with a focus on Life, preferred.Certified Product Owner strongly desired.
