We envision, design and prototype the next generation infrastructure, hardware and applications that interface in all aspects of the company including financial products, broadcast and media, data centers, internal IT and our global network. Your role:
We are looking to add a Product and Organizational Coach to our team. As one of the first in this type of role in CTO, you will play a critical role in developing a world class Product Management team. You will work across our product portfolio to help product managers, business managers and team members become better product thinkers and leaders through execution, coaching and guidance on building world-class products.
We'll trust you to:
Coach product managers and team members on early stage ventures as well as enterprise products, focusing on areas such as product experiments, roadmaps, feedback loops, and facilitating decision-making sessions to deliver value-based products Enhance teams' and businesses' ability to shape products that users love, ship high-quality products in a minimally viable manner, and align stakeholders around the product vision, mission, and strategy Gather data, share insights, and develop internal tools and processes that facilitate scaling for our portfolio of products Contribute to the overall product team strategy and organizational vision Collaborate as teammates with other Product and Organizational Coaches As a player-coach, may serve as an individual contributor to an Agile Product team (e.g. developing solutions to achieve defined business outcomes) in addition to leading a team of product experts Coach a team of Agile delivery experts who are responsible for building and developing Agile practice capabilities Continuously assess the product delivery maturity of teams and individuals at all levels of leadership, educating and mentoring to address gaps Run workshops and training on product development topics, leveraging tool kits and internally developed content
You'll need to have:
5+ years of experience in product strategy and delivery, coaching, and people development skills Empathy and the ability to build trust with teams and other stakeholders through an open feedback culture Demonstrated ability to developing solid product strategies and executing them for target customers using a systematic framework while navigating change Prioritization of momentum over perfection, with a deep understanding of effective processes and the ability to apply frameworks and methodologies to address specific problems (OKRs, Journey Mapping, etc.) Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, engineering, and data
