We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team to lead our product operations efforts. This is an opportunity to join a Fortune 500 organization while playing a key role in the creation of our product.
The Product Operations Manager will be part of Nuvolo-s global product team. This is an exciting opportunity to solve a wide range of complex challenges and ensure that our team is working in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage operational cadence for the product organization, working closely with leaders to create effective work processes.
Developing, managing, and communicating analytics to evaluate processes, communicate data trends and create measurements (including KPIs) for short term and strategic reporting.
Oversee end-to-end activities for product management initiatives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables are defined.
Act as a bridge between different teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. You will align stakeholders' expectations, ensure everyone is on the same page regarding product requirements, and identify and resolve interdepartmental dependencies.
Continuously assess and optimize product management processes and systems. Identify areas of improvement, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to product development and project management tools. Apply this knowledge to enhance team performance and drive innovation within the organization.
Own and manage product management systems such as Productboard.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.
2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or related role with a track record of successfully coordinating and managing projects within a global organization.
Strong leadership and partnership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
Proven experience in collaboration and ability to secure alignment, ensure product plans are on track and all teams are working towards common goal of excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, listening skills, willing to take feedback from up and down the organization, and peers, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, across different offices.
Experience communicating technical and non-technical concepts to various stakeholders to successfully innovate, execute and address priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Productboard and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
High degree of integrity, reliability, and proven ability to build trust.

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000.
