About Product Marketing Manager - Channel

  As a Product Marketing Manager for Channels and Ecosystems, you will focus on driving product launches, programs, positioning, and resources that excite, educate, and incentivise our partner community. Our partners are a critical extension of our Rapid7 team, and in this role, you will champion them internally, as well as help deliver initiatives that enable them to amplify our message, offer our solutions to end customers, and grow with us.

  Rapid7 Product Marketing is an intelligent and talented group of people, passionate about connecting security and risk teams to services and solutions that enable them to effectively manage risk and stay ahead of cyber threats. In a highly competitive space, this team is responsible for bringing products to market, driving growth of our business, and enabling our field teams and partners.

  About the Role

  We are looking for a highly organized self-starter to own the enablement and activation of our channel partners, MSSPs, and wider partner ecosystem.

  In this role, you will:

  Craft compelling messaging and market positioning for various channel stakeholders and personas - enabling them to amplify our story, position our services and products to the right target audiences, and grow with usLead and help with planning and launch of new offerings, capabilities, and solutions to the partnerDevelop a framework to create tailored resources for the channel, a regular cadence of enablements, and launch calendarRepresent the voice of the channel and MSSPs in internal discussions and initiatives, with a solid understanding of the best levers to motivate, excite, and educate these partnersSupport growth through our broader ecosystem of partners - including strategies for AWS Marketplace and other strategic alliance partners

  The skills you'll bring include:

  3+ years of work experience in Product Marketing, content marketing in a high-paced B2B environment - Channel experience is a plusSolid written and verbal communication skills, ability to create compelling presentations, strong storytelling abilityComfortable and confident presenting in meetings, on webcasts, and at regional partner eventsResourceful, curious, and able to take direction and run with it; strong business and technical acumen is a plusEager to jump in and get things done in an ever-evolving environmentBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
