Responsibilities:
Collect market intelligence to support business strategy definition and daily operational decisionsIdentify business growth opportunities, and work out right value proposition to target segmentsLead product portfolio to expand market share, working on price positioning and total solutions to meet market needsWork with Global Product & Marketing team and local market team to implement business growing campaignsLead C4C and localization project with mix of OEM in & out, product transfer and innovation with CIC, CMC and related BU & function teamWork with BD & Solution team to drive workflow & solution selling in target high growth segmentsMaintain and build up marketing work procedure by coordinating with related function teams; Provide resources to local Product Marketing roles and field application teamsMaintain and check out marketing efficiency to ensure marketing investment (labor, time, money) have been applied in an effective way.Build an innovative and learning marketing team
Requirements/Qualifications:
Master's Degree or above, major in life science8-10 years of product marketing related experiences including portfolio management, marketing development, including 3-5 years people management experiencesStrong organization savvy, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, able to manage priorities and define long term strategyExcellent interpersonal skills and presentation abilities in both Chinese and English; Strong skills with Excel, PowerPointBe responsible and self-motivatedFlexibility to travel up to 40% of time
