This key role on the Sales Cloud Product Marketing team will partner with our sales, product, and enablement teams to generate and drive pipeline for the Sales Cloud businesses at Salesforce.
If you are passionate about driving growth through partnership with sales, this role is for you! In this end-to-end Product Marketing role - aimed at our internal audiences - you will do research to understand seller pain points, adjust messaging to resonate with our internal audiences, and kick off internal campaigns and programs that drive full-funnel awareness to action. You will work closely with the Sales Cloud product and marketing teams to develop and communicate these marketing initiatives to sellers, and ensure excellence across sales assets to empower the field to build and mature sales pipeline, and close deals.
Position responsibilities:
Seller Comms & Activations
Manage Sales Cloud sales and enablement programs to bring product messages to our sales teams, instruct on how to sell the product, and create campaigns to drive pipelineHelp design the quarterly core seller communications email calendar with topics, CTAs, and selling resourcesPartner with product marketing and product teams to write copy for weekly seller emails
Seller Tools & Enablement
Partner with sales and identify top-performing sales assets to inform the market needsDesign, develop, and execute solutions to ensure excellence across our portfolio of seller assetsManage Sales Cloud go-to-market operational activities. Design and implement self-serve hubs of sales resources for the field, such as owning and updating marketing resources docs, moderating communication channels, and updating sales plays and customer referencesHelp design Sales Cloud product certifications for the field
Minimum Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketingProven track record of developing compelling messaging/positioning and content for sales teams & customersSome sales background and/or direct exposure to sales (sales operations, strategy, enablement, etc.)Clear written & verbal communicator who can represent Salesforce offerings to sales teams & customers/prospectsExcellent writing skills, visual slide design, organizational acumen, and attention to detailDrive hands-on tactical executionPick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguityDirect experience working alongside demand gen, content, creative, and sales teamsStrong collaborator with willingness & drive to help teammates to succeed with a high energy, charismatic, creative and "get it done" mentality.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Bonus Skills
MBA or Advanced Business DegreeExperience working with cloud-based marketing tools is preferredExperience in executive communicationsExperience developing compelling messaging/positioning and content for sales teams & customersExperience with Salesforce technologies, either as a customer or partner

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,400 to $150,500.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,300 to $165,500.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
