Job Responsibility
Planning & executing in-depth market intelligence analysis to support business growth requirements & new opportunities development.Business performance diagnosis through internal data analysis & voice of relevant stakeholders.Follow up the industry dynamics, collect and analyze the data of market trends, competitors, and business models, provide market reports on industry analysis, and detailed competitor & relevant research field analysis.Understand technical trends in responsible markets, responsible for portfolio management & new opportunity development.Manage & drive existing portfolio growth from marketing 4Ps approach.develop compelling business case to drive product innovation, new product development, product extensions and adoption of the existing portfolio.Close work with global team for NPI success in China.Work with the team for marketing strategy development & implementation, developing workflow/solution-based value proposition & sales tools and working process/mechanism of cross regional/cross products selling effectively in Organization.Joint-deploy annual marketing promotion plan with Marcom team & drive pipeline growth to support business target.Coordinate internal resources and key project support for business growth.Drive business development through multiple business models, such as KOL partnership, OEM, License out, System Integration, etc.
Qualifications & required skills
Education: Master degree or above in marketing, science field, or related subjectsAbove 5 years' technical/marketing experience for industrial products, PPA portfolio and lithium battery relevant background is a plusStrong business sense and result orientationIndependent, initiative and self-confidenceGood communication skill & team workFluent in Microsoft Office tools, especially familiar with PowerPoint for presentation and Excel for data analysis.Good writing and expressing in English
