The Business Account team under Global Monetization Product and Tech at TikTok is responsible for building a global marketing platform that enables growth for businesses of all sizes. As part of the Business Accounts team, this role will be to support end-to-end product development with the goal of helping all kinds of businesses thrive through native operation and advertising on TikTok. Key responsibilities include driving product strategy and roadmaps, leading planning and execution of impactful product launches, and partnering with cross-functional in driving growth initiatives across direct channels. In this position, you will help shape the future of TikTok's business platform and equip businesses worldwide with innovative solutions to reach new audiences and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers for a suite of organic business products.
- Work cross-functionally with the product team and other key partners to ensure product growth at scale globally across different segmentations.
- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps, as well as identifying future investment potential.
- Develop and support a senior team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback and career development
Qualifications
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or above.
- 8+ years of product marketing or product management experience, preferable in video-streaming, advertising or B2B related industry.
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
- Experience partnering with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams across product, sales, and PR
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141000 - $275000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
