About Product Marketing Executive MAC

The position plays a key role to brands strategy implementation and support the brand in achieving its business objectives. Position holder will oversee developing, planning, executing and refining the product strategy that coincides with the marketing plan.

  Responsibilities:

  Manage the full spectrum of product portfolio across channels, executing strategic planning and all tactical activities to drive product success. Build launch plans, along with the Consumer Marketing Manager adapting global guidelines to local opportunities. Post evaluation for all new launches. Define compelling product pricing and SKU strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales departments by communicating new product launches and pricing strategies to our Corporate Sales Field Force and Retailers. Provide in-depth sales analysis to enhance understanding. Be responsible for preparing accurate product forecasts and meticulously monitor inventory levels, working closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless alignment with the marketing calendar and plan. Perform product assortment analysis including competition. Take ownership of the Pricelist for saleable items and testers, ensuring alignment with the company's pricing strategy.

  Qualifications

  Degree (Bachelor and/or MSc) in Marketing, Business Administration or Supply/Demand/Logistics field. At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing similar role. Previous experience in Cosmetics or FMCG would be a plus. Excellent MS Office skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in SAP would be considered as an asset. Excellent oral & written communication in Greek & English is a requirement. Strong analytical skills, connecting the dots, ability to turn data into actionable insights. A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and growth. Strong collaborator.
