Meta seeks a product marketing leader to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, and future applications and services. You must have experience partnering with product and sales leaders on successful product revenue or product adoption programs, including experience being the voice of the region to influence product and success in driving product adoption with sales teams.Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the advertising market, Meta's advertising products, and the ability to successfully manage a team in a cross-functional, dynamic environment. You will have demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders in the organization, including product and sales leaders around the world. At the same time, as the leader of this regional product marketing team, you will need to be a strong, hands-on operational manager who is able to execute against business objectives while growing and developing teams and individuals. Strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and experience operating in a highly matrixed environment are a must. Comfort rolling up your sleeves to drive execution and provide hands-on coaching.

Significant professional experience in technology or advertising, including as a people managerProduct marketing experience in the web technology sector and/or demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levelsExperience presenting to groups/C-level executivesProven record of building, mentoring and leading a diverse multisite team, characterised by a culture of inclusion and engagementTrack record of influencing key decision makers in large multi-national organizations at variety of levels, including cross-functional leadersDemonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectivesOrganization and inclusive people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplacePreferred Qualifications:
