JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Drive Memory IP/products roadmap and definition based on market research, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and SWOT analysis.Define and execute a competitive marketing strategy for Memory IP products by understanding customer roadmaps and industry requirements.Work with sales, engineering, program management and application engineering to drive product success at various customers.Develop marketing requirements and work with engineering teams to define a product portfolio.Collaborate with memory vendors to ensure memory IP products intersect the leading edge of market window.Lead development of technical marketing and sales collateralAuthor and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, briefs, white papers, and website content.Communicate and evangelize products at industry events, speaking opportunities, and on social media.Ability to develop or recognize creative solutions to opportunities and problems.Ability to synthesize unstructured data and present recommendations successfully to senior management.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science 5+ years of experience in hardware of IP design with emphasis on memory interfacesDemonstrate aptitude to quickly comprehend complex hardware and software solutions 10+ years of experience a product marketing organization
Additional Preferred Qualifications
MBA (Masters in Business Administration) or MS in a technical field with solid business aptitude is desired but not a hard requirement Understand the various interface protocols; demonstrate aptitude to quickly comprehend complex hardware and software solutions. Understanding of memory architectures and applications. Integration of Memory IP in SoC and board/package interactionsRepresentation in standards bodiesExperience in one or more of the following is highly desired: DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, HBMProven ability to operate independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive managementThe annual salary range for California is $164,500 to $305,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
