GoodRx is looking for an operations specialist to support an expanding team executing on newer marketing initiatives and business development. We are seeking a highly communicative, creative, and eager-to-learn individual to help us strengthen GoodRx's growth efforts.
A successful candidate will be able to multitask across daily operational work, optimization efforts and sales support. You will work closely with other teams to manage partnerships and ensure campaigns are running efficiently.

This individual will report to the team's Product Marketing Manager and will focus on supporting the development of our lead acquisition and monetization channel.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations for the team by building and editing acquisition funnelsSupport the team by providing campaign maintenance and tracking performanceDevelop acquisition and revenue initiative test plansExecute on A/B testing ad creatives, landing pages and ROI tacticsEstablish and track metrics to perform detailed analysis of campaignsWork cross-functionally with other departments to enhance internal productsPartner with Manufacturing Solutions Team and lead partner goals + business KPIsManage vendor partnerships to enhance product experience
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing with a focus on performance targets.Highly detailed and organized self-starter with an aggressive growth mindset.Ability to think critically across marketing tactics, translating wins to the broader team and solve opportunities in other areas.Experience supporting or running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance targets.Strong analytical skills and experience working in performance-based companies.Proven track record in supporting a team and taking ownership of new tasks.A good understanding of excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data to see clear trends.Flexible self-starter with attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once.Ad Operations, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience, a plus.
