Job Description This manager will be a member of the Value-Added Services division under the Issuing Solutions Product organization and will be responsible for the ongoing operations and expansion of Visa Campaign Solutions (VCS) products.
VCS provides Visa clients access to cardholder and transactional information. The data enables Visa card issuers to deliver automated marketing and account servicing communications. The team is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, developing, and delivering new products and services that leverage data and automated communications.
Reporting into the product lead for the Visa Campaign Solutions team, this role will contribute to various product workstreams, operational activities, client development activities, market research, performance analysis and other activities.
This is a client facing role, and this person will be tasked with consulting with our VCS clients and internal partners and stakeholders in North America, future expansion will include clients in EU and CEMEA regions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Sales Support: Participate in product presentations with sales and clients to gather client feedback and support the creation of new business opportunities.
2. Commercialization (GTM): Translate product strategy and capabilities into actionable commercialization efforts and assets for VCS products.
3. Process Development (GTM): Establish, document, and refine operational process for the service based on common best practices, system knowledge and experience.
4. Campaign Engagements: Support project management and operations to drive engagements to completion on agreed deadlines. Ensure engagements are unblocked, progressing, and barriers are removed.
5. Client Activities: Deliver best practice knowledge, analytical insights and support all efforts for the configuration and execution of clients desired campaigns and reporting utilizing the VDM and VCS tools.
6. Operational Activities: Working with business and technology to ensure the systems are operating as expected, researching and resolving issues, and coordinating activities.
7. Business Requirements: Provide guidance from market demands to assist in the development of the detailed business requirements, product specifications and enhancements to the products.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 140,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
