  About the Team

  We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAP Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IAP Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for in-app purchases within our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and finance, to drive revenue growth and enhance user experience through the implementation of effective in-app purchase features and monetization strategies.

  Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the overall in-app purchase strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.

  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, user behaviors, and competitor strategies related to in-app purchases.

  3. Collaborate with the product development team to define and prioritize in-app purchase features and enhancements.

  4. Create detailed product requirements and user stories for in-app purchase functionalities, ensuring clear communication to the development team.

  5. Collaborate with the engineering team throughout the development cycle, providing guidance and clarification on product requirements.

  6. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for in-app purchases, regularly monitoring and analyzing these metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  7. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective pricing, promotion, and monetization strategies for in-app purchases.

  8. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continually optimize the in-app purchase experience.

  9. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies related to in-app purchases, staying up to date with best practices and innovative approaches.

  10. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze revenue data and optimize pricing strategies for in-app purchases.

  11. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to in-app purchases, such as privacy and data protection regulations.

  Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, computer science) is required. A master's degree is a plus.

  - Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in managing in-app purchases within mobile applications.

  - Strong understanding of mobile app monetization strategies, including in-app purchase models, subscriptions, and advertising.

  - Knowledge of mobile app development processes and technologies.

  - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the mobile app space.

  - Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies is desirable.

  - Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to in-app purchases is a plus.
