Job Description The Digital Solutions Product group is on the forefront of Visa's innovation and looking for talented individuals with vision, passion and determination to make our clients business and consumer products more engaging, seamlessly available, easy to use and secure.
The Risk, Security and Identity Solutions team at Visa manages the end-to-end products and services lifecycle of authorization and authentications tools for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region.
We are looking for a Manager to support the evolution of its secure digital payments. The focus will be on the optimizations of digital payment products and to support Visa Risk and Identity partner programs and Visa regions with the development and delivery of optimized Risk, Security and Identity Solutions for our clients.
The Performance Management Service Manager will be involved in the strategy and support the execution of Risk, Security and Identity Solutions automation and optimizations with the overall goal of reducing ‘friction’ in payments, ensuring fraud rates continue to decrease over time and driving Visa revenue growth.
This person will be responsible for identifying required development, products performances assessment, optimizations opportunities identification and delivery to clients.
Principal Responsibilities
Drive Advanced Analytics Design and Automation
Lead discovery and development of innovative, advanced analytics solutions for the market
Identify authentication and authorization optimization opportunities, improving authorization transaction performance and provide technical expertise to structure an effective optimization
Create an effective solution to service the client
Interface with legal, global product and client facing teams to include 360 degree feedback into the design and enhance the experience for clients
Work with global and regional product teams on products enhancements and maintenance releases that will impact Risk, Security and Identity Solutions optimization
Lead premium optimizations across products
Actively support Visa’s Risk, Security and Identity Solutions optimizations opportunity roadmap for the LAC region
Train clients on authentication and authorization products in relation to capabilities, rule types, rule lifecycle process, performance reporting
Proactively identify operational opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and efficiency
Identify authentication and authorization optimization opportunities, improving authorization transaction performance by consulting with clients and provide technical expertise to structure an effective optimization
Support optimization solutions to the clients and being recognized as the subject matter expertise and VISA SME in relation for optimizations of client performance
Ensure full alignment of Risk & Authentication optimization strategy with LAC region and Visa’s full range of Risk, Security and Identity Solutions tools (e.g., Tokenization, Visa Advance Auth, Visa Risk Manager)
Cultivate a strong cross-functional support network across Product, Risk, Client Support Services, and Business Development to deliver a remarkable client experience
Training and communication
Provide training to the clients and stakeholders
Develop client facing materials to enhance product knowledge and optimize authentication and authorization performance metrics
Effectively lead a go to market strategy to engage clients and drive adoption
Business Administration
Manage revenue growth both from increasing overall transaction volume because of ensuring better Risk and Authentication policies on the part of Visa issuers, but also from product-based fee revenue where appropriate
Drive a “customer centric” focus in our goals, strategy, evaluation of success, process design, and everyday habits.
Report on client project accomplishments and deliverables.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required in a related area
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field
• Previous experience in related field risk management and/or fraud control
• Good understanding of card authorization, clearing & settlement, authentication systems and platforms
• Experience of working with Agile methodology and dynamic environment
• Self- starter, proactively identifying problems, develop hypotheses, draw logical conclusions and executing with limited supervision
• Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading Product Strategy, Consultancy and/or FinTech OR
• Experience leading Risk, Security and Identity Solutions OR
• Experience leading fraud risk management OR
• Experience leading data driven strategies.
