Product Manager - Reviewer Dashboard

As a Product Manager for Reviewer Dashboard, a streamlined review tool for tax professionals,
you'll shape our product direction, set priorities using a diverse set of inputs and a data driven approach as well as oversee successful execution of product initiatives to ensure they are built to the satisfaction of our customers. You'll be joining a team of talented individuals to help drive the development and success of the product and you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Craft, communicate and execute a long-term product strategy in alignment with the overall company objectives to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, success, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize the backlog to align with changing customer and market needs, and establish timelines for developing and delivering new features and products while managing risks and addressing roadblocks.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to the success of the product, such as fit within the product portfolio, integration opportunities, product rationalization, and API strategy.
• Be a customer advocate and a product expert to help provide context, empathy, and rationale behind customer needs to the product development team so they are getting the direction and support they need to be successful.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Put customers and customer analytics at the center of discovery, design and prioritization. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and analyzing customer feedback, product usage data, market trends and other success metrics to inform product decisions as well as our roadmap.
• Perform competitive analysis and research to understand changes in the market, customer reactions, potential threats, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
Required skills and qualifications:
• 3+ years of product experience with B2C SaaS products and mobile apps
• Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and execute product strategy and roadmap in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Knowledgeable in human-centered design principles and best practices with a mobile-first approach.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and great attention to detail.
• Highly self-directed and enthusiastic about showing initiative.
• Ability to work in a large team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Familiarity with the following technologies: SQL, Python, React, JavaScript.
• Experience with tools like Amplitude, Pendo.
• Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams
