Product Manager, Retail Styling Space

Opportunity
Operate as the recognized central authority on all marketing and business matters related to the styling space category (Bathroom Sinks, Bathroom Furniture/Vanities, Medicine Cabinets and Mirrors) within our retail channel. Responsible for development and implementation of enduring strategies related to portfolio management, both long- and short-term. Develop and execute initiatives to achieve objectives over specific time spans.
The candidate should be entrepreneurial with solid problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and data-driven decisions. This role will identify and prioritize new product plans routed in consumer needs and customer requirements to deliver the best go-to-market strategy. This involves collaborating with cross-functional team members including design, engineering, project management, operations, supply chain, purchasing, sales and marketing.
Specific Responsibilities
Lead marketing planning and execution to drive growth primarily in our retail channel.
Partner with new product development teams to develop insights needed to live on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.
Lead analysis for assigned category to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis and present recommendations.
Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.
Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information
Collaborate with the sales organization on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.
Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas
Demonstrate competency in the following: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelors’ degree required.
MBA with major study in Management or Marketing is preferred.
5+ years related experience
Sales experience in addition to marketing is desirable, but not required.

The salary range for this position is $104,850 - $133,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
