In this role, you will: Deeply understand customer pain points through qualitative and quantitative approaches and convert them into actionable problem statements and solutionsAnalyze existing experience, processes, and product performance data to define improvement opportunities and product roadmap featuresBe a problem solver who helps drive clarity through thought leadership and analytical frameworks for low to medium complexity problemsHelp improve UX/UI in experiences where relevant by effectively partnering with designersLead Exercise independent judgment to guide low to medium complexity deliverablesLead prioritization of near-term product backlog to deliver high impact outcomesClearly define stories, features and acceptance criteria for sprint deliverablesFoster a strong agile discipline by effectively leading and contributing to agile ceremonies- Sprint planning, daily stand up, retrospectives and sprint reviewDeliver execution quality through building preventative and detective monitoring for product launches and life cycleCollaborate and consult with cross functional team members, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third partiesEffectively collaborate with technology team to drive clarity on requirements and provide input on proposed technology solution as needed during the product developmentEnsure products comply with banks legal, compliance and regulatory requirements by effectively partnering with experts for guidance and adviceTargeted Start Date: 2/2024
