About Product Manager - Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Hiring Program

  The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

  Wells Fargo Auto is seeking to hire Product Managers to drive product and capability transformation across its business. These roles will have a direct impact on business P&L by driving transformation in product strategy and capabilities across end consumers, dealers, Wells Fargo sales and operations.

  About this role:

  Wells Fargo has committed to hire military spouses/domestic partners of actively serving military personnel and is seeking a Product Manager

  In this role, you will: Deeply understand customer pain points through qualitative and quantitative approaches and convert them into actionable problem statements and solutionsAnalyze existing experience, processes, and product performance data to define improvement opportunities and product roadmap featuresBe a problem solver who helps drive clarity through thought leadership and analytical frameworks for low to medium complexity problemsHelp improve UX/UI in experiences where relevant by effectively partnering with designersLead Exercise independent judgment to guide low to medium complexity deliverablesLead prioritization of near-term product backlog to deliver high impact outcomesClearly define stories, features and acceptance criteria for sprint deliverablesFoster a strong agile discipline by effectively leading and contributing to agile ceremonies- Sprint planning, daily stand up, retrospectives and sprint reviewDeliver execution quality through building preventative and detective monitoring for product launches and life cycleCollaborate and consult with cross functional team members, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third partiesEffectively collaborate with technology team to drive clarity on requirements and provide input on proposed technology solution as needed during the product developmentEnsure products comply with banks legal, compliance and regulatory requirements by effectively partnering with experts for guidance and adviceTargeted Start Date: 2/2024

  Required Qualifications:2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications: BS/ BA degree or higher New product development experienceExperience analyzing and leveraging data and customer insights to make business decisionsAbility to translate, summarize and document complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendationsAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas while operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environmentExperience translating business strategy into products and using roadmaps to get resultsExperience working closely with scrum teams to define, build and launch features from the existing roadmapProduct Management experience in auto lending and/or building consumer or internal user facing digital productsExperience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and KanbanExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to produce a copy of military orders including applicant nameJob expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipHHH Program Hires are expected to attend and participate in the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Orientation and Onboarding Experience.Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
