Job Description Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, sellers and Fintech(s) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operations and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results. In Asia Pacific (AP), VCA has geographically focused teams and the Center of Excellence (COE) team which provides expertise in specific industry or functional verticals (Issuer portfolio optimization, Digital, Risk, Business Solutions and Acquiring). The incumbent will be part of VCA India and South Asia’s Portfolio Optimization advisory team and be responsible for advising Visa's clients in payment strategy, new product development, P&L optimization, portfolio management, balance build etc., working closely with the cross-functional teams in India and AP hub team in Singapore.

Position Summary
We are looking for an individual to join us as Manager, Managed Services for India and South Asia and be a part of our consulting arm - Visa Consulting and Analytics.
This role is based in Mumbai and reports directly to the Head of Managed Services, India and South Asia.
In your role, you will lead project delivery to drive implementation of recommendations around product development and portfolio actions. You will work towards execution of product launch and communication, card portfolio migration to impact portfolio performance using Visa resources. The person would be expected to play an active role in the sales pitch process by collaborating with internal teams’ basis the client ask.

VCA Managed Service (VMS) is growing rapidly across the AP region and the purpose of this role is to develop VMS solutions and capabilities that will accelerate that growth over the next 3-5 years. Our offerings include development of the following capabilities:
Establishing an India South Asia (INSA) VMS practice to help our clients achieve the following:Execute product development and portfolio related initiatives on behalf of clients.Support implementation of customer value proposition for card products, identify partners for sourcing product benefits, liaison for finalizing card designs and marketing collaterals. pertaining to product.Support in launching of new products and services with respect to marketing, positioning and communication strategy.Run program management office with Visa and client teams with necessary documentation/processes, by identifying project risks and propose mitigation plans.Support in implementing recommendations of VCA projects across strategy, product, portfolio, business analytics, risk, and digital advisory.Be responsible and accountable for the project plan and work closely with the stakeholders to achieve the project revenue, while keeping costs within the approved budget.Develop and support selling of new consulting solutions that will grow VMS revenue in this segment.Lead and execute project delivery for related set of engagements within INSA. With minimum of 6-8 years' relevant experience having already accumulated a variety of experience, you will combine a strong understanding of the banking, card or payments industry with strong consulting and implementation experience. You will be client driven, comfortable managing a project end to end and relish the opportunity to develop new solutions and capabilities that will meet our client's needs.
Specific skills and experience you will bring are:
P&L management – tracking and acting over business critical KPIs, such as Revenue, Margin and ExpensesExperience in product, project and program management in financial services, preferably banking.Relevant depth of experience in cards and payments business, portfolio optimization, customer lifecycle management. Experience of handling senior client stakeholders in retail and business banking, cards, and payments business, and in functions like technology, operations, and risk.An entrepreneurial mind-set to identify and develop new business opportunities.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style; able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.Detail oriented, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in reports and data analysis.Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and written capabilities.Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently.Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
