  Position summary:

  This position aims to build solid mid-long growth strategy for Mako, including market development plans, pricing and channel strategy to grow sustainably in a profitable way.

  Main responsibilities include developing new product launch strategy, annual marketing plan and executing in a timely manner to achieve sales target & OPINC target.

  Essential duties & responsibilities:

  Mako Product MarketingDevelop new product launch strategy and market development for new product portfolioDevelop marketing strategies including big picture marketing, annual marketing and 5 yrs. Marketing plansDevelop core positioning and messaging for MakoKOL management for developing Mako marketing initiativesLead Effective communication with sales, MPS(field product specialist) and Implant business for successful delivery of marketing plansBuild pricing strategy to maximize sales potential for MakoManage product life cycle including key products launchOrganize value-added MedEd programs for customer engagementBudget management: NA, CER, and samples etc.Market analysis and data management to understand market dynamics and capture core insightWrite and communicate key documents incl. regular reportsEquipment and instruments management (Budget Allocation for Demo / CER)Initial compliance review regarding MKT & sales activities and provide needs assessment for HCP related activities according to the internal guideline & KMDIA recommendation.

  Education & special trainings:

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferredEnglish communication skill requiredProficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

  Qualifications & experience:

  Min. 5 years experience in marketingExperience in healthcare industry required, Sales experience preferred but not required.Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on timeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
