About Product Manager (LA/Burbank)

  Job Description

  Our media tech client is seeking a Product Manager to join their content platforms team. The team strives to deliver operational excellence by elevating and evangelizing the Content Platforms products and services to our various business partners. In this role, you will be responsible for the enablement of our Content Platforms products and tools, working closely with our stakeholders and ensuring their success in navigating our platforms to operate their business. This role will serve as a key touchpoint for business partners - specifically focusing on AirTable, responsible for providing day to day execution of administrative tasks, support for

  general questions, guidance around workflow and architecture, and performing extensive troubleshooting when needed. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of and experience with AirTable and its various capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the client's business needs and challenges, as well as the technical ecosystem integrating with AirTable, and providing solutions within AirTable that enable smooth operations. In addition, the role will own change management - documenting proposed updates, coordinating user acceptance testing, executing the changes, and disseminating those updates to Business, Technology, etc. Finally, the role will own documentation in this space, maintaining the digital footprint for the AirTable ecosystem, system integrations, and all logic rules/mappings. The ideal candidate must work well in a collaborative environment and be able to define and implement processes that effectively delivers on the Product Solution team's mission.

  Responsibilities include:

  Responsible for supporting business stakeholders utilizing AirTable, addressing support questions, performing light troubleshooting of issues, and conducting trainings and onboardings

  Be an AirTable platform expert that can perform an analysis on business requests, document proposed solutions, and seek approval for a go-forward plan

  Ensure data quality within the AirTable ecosystem and have an understanding the of the complexities of metadata management

  Own communication to AirTable end users, including disseminating notes on ecosystem changes, project-specific updates, and other general announcements

  Provides periodic updates/presentations on roadmaps and initiatives to leadership and business partners

  Participate in larger organizational Product Solutions initiatives, such as crafting evergreen documentation, executing strategic communication plans, and defining processes that contribute to an improved team working culture

  Perform any other duties needed to help achieve Business Objectives for the Product Solutions team

  Onsite in Burbank. Must have experience with the AirTable platform.

  Skills and Requirements

  3+ years of product management experience

  Advanced experience with AirTable, including setting up bases, creating views, adding automations, utilizing Interface Designer, and building templates, etc.

  An experienced writer, whose style can range from product requirements to documentation/operational guides to formal announcements/release notes

  Strong prioritization and organization skills with experience juggling time-sensitive requests from multiple business partners

  Experience working within a defect management process, providing a link between Engineering and end users, translating highly technical concepts to more human-friendly terms null
