  As we lean into our mission to "simplify the business of running a business", WEX is looking to simplify and reimagine experiences, starting from the customer perspective. We are looking for a Product Manager III to own the execution and delivery of new and/or enhanced products, services and processes associated with our Benefit Administration line of business. In this role, you will help deliver market leading customer experiences, assisting and supporting the Product Management team in the execution of their strategic roadmap. Your focus will be to understand the needs of our benefit administration clients and their employees, as well as key stakeholders within the business, and develop and execute product strategies that enhance customer value and grow WEX's leadership position in the marketplace.

  What you'll do:Deliver best in class experiences and enabling capabilities that delight customers and win in the marketDeeply understand the external market and customer needs to define the priorities and inspire the broader teamBuild the detailed product roadmap, define users and drive tradeoff decisionsCoordinate frequently with Senior Product Managers and business stakeholders to triage and prioritize requests and product backlogBe the go-to-expert on specific products or functional areasDeliver product initiatives through product discovery sessions, creation of user stories and collaboration with business stakeholdersParticipate in and/or lead focus groups and feedback sessionsEnsure that new features or product improvements meet the desired requirements of product functionalityLead 1-2 scrum teams to prioritize work and deliver exceptional results, ensuring delivery within required scope, on time and with qualityDemonstrate enhancements in sprint reviewsWork with Product Marketing to effectively communicate new products and features, creating content for release notes, product documentation and related materialsLeverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap and achieve benefit, adoption and financial resultsCollaborate with Sr Product Managers / Analytics / UX on product research to come up with better and disruptive solutionsBe a trusted partner that can present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and begin to build bridges across groupsHow you'll engage:Strategic Mindset: Seek to understand WEX's corporate strategy, the competitive environment and market trends and how our products can create valueCustomer Obsessed: Deeply understand our customers' needs through customer empathy, data and prioritize workResults Focused: Leverage data to understand how the product is performing and prioritize workInsights Driven: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions, define experiments and prioritize roadmapTrusted Partner: Appreciate and comprehend different points of view and share information clearly and transparently with strong collaboration while knowing when to escalateRelevant Expertise: Brings a deep understanding of the market, applied technologies and domain expertise, with a curiosity and learning mindsetExperience you'll bring:3 to 7 years of Product Management experience delivering world class software or capabilitiesUndergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plusExperience working in the benefits administration industry, including familiarity with benefits administration processes and technologyProven ability to work closely with engineering teams and other product teams to prioritize and deliver features within an agile frameworkExperience with identifying customer problems, roadmap prioritization, writing detailed requirement documents, managing a backlog and maintaining thorough documentation.Strong execution skills, with a focus on driving resultsStrong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause of issues, develop recommendations and influence othersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to inspire teams around a vision and influence key stakeholdersCurious and a learning mindset
