Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager II in San Diego, CA.Key Tasks: Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document product requirements Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is always ready for the next sprint and that user stories are well-defined and actionable Sprint Planning: Attend sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team understands the scope and complexity of upcoming work Acceptance Criteria Definition: Define and communicate clear acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure that what is being built meets the intended functionality and quality Release Management: Coordinate with PD teams to ensure timely and smooth product releases Documentation: Ensure all product-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
