We're looking for a Product Manager to join our SSP team in New York or Bellevue. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely for the rest.
What You'll Do:
The Nexxen SSP team is looking for a Product Manager with experience in managing products and services focused around optimization and efficiency features that use machine learning, as well as standard algorithms. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying areas where we can improve performance KPIs and system performance, define requirements and success metrics, work with data, application and machine learning engineers to build out solutions. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely for the rest. You will have a deep understanding of the adtech ecosystem, especially supply-side dynamics. Perform competitive analysis, gather market requirements, and author market & product requirement documents. Collaborate extensively and comprehensively with internal and external teams to understand their business and operational requirements, use cases, and pain points. Define and execute the product roadmap, success metrics, and set expectations with all relevant stakeholders including engineering and internal leadership teams. Drive product development with engineering teams. Analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions that balance technical feasibility, business objectives, and user needs while managing trade-offs between conflicting priorities, resources, and timelines. Act as product lead in agile development teams, including sprint grooming, planning, feature/bug prioritization, and requirement definition. Advocate and educate internal teams regarding new product features. Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for development of product offerings. Present and champion products to internal and external customers at a senior level. Be the visible advocate for your products internally and externally. Contribute to product, go-to-market, and corporate strategy. Define and prioritize user stories and product requirements for new features. Ensure smooth release processes, release notes, user documentation, and sales enablement. What will I bring? 2+ years of hands-on software product management, specific to adtech date systems and machine learning experience preferred. Strong comprehension of statistics and data analysis skills. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or technical discipline), MBA strongly desired. Must be very detail-oriented, organized, and possess a bias toward excellence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams without formal authority. Ability to influence and drive alignment with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Experience and ability in driving product positioning, messaging, and sales & marketing collateral. Pronounced focus on analytical and strategic thinking. A self-starter with the ability to do research, think independently and convey complex concepts across various audiences. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is$110,000 - $140,000at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
