　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Steering of the internal product strategies and preparation of the database for regional and global management decisionsSupport the definition and implementation of the company's strategy with the goal of expanding the E-mobility marketResponsible for the forecast and profitability of the product lineSteering and managing the lifecycle of your products and reviewing for portfolio gapsParticipate in cross-functional teams in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing departmentsExecution of sales activities both on-site with customers and in online and print mediaHarmonization of cost accounting, pricing and production on a global levelSupporting the Sales department in the area of quotations and pricing strategyCarrying out market and competitor analyses

　　Requirements:

　　Engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or MechanicsBasic knowledge in the field of electro-mobility desirableVery good technical and commercial understandingOpen to innovative ideas and thought leadership, excellent analytical skills, with an eye for detailsProfessional experience in product management and/or B2B marketing is desirableKnowledge of TE Project or SAP desirableProactive, dynamic team player who can independently and seamlessly, take on internal, external, and cross-functional activities within the organizationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent language skills (oral & written) in English and German are requiredWillingness to travel within the EMEA region is required
