　　 Product Manager Digital/Events HIV (m/f/d)

　　This role gives you a unique chance to drive the development and implementation of innovative customer experience end-to-end marketing activities for the German HIV market. We are inviting your creativity to support transformation of customer engagement and drive towards market-leading aspiration for ViiV's customer relations.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities as follows:Leading promotional omni-channel activities along the customer journey (Digital and Face-to-Face) within an ambitious team, aiming to reach center of excellence status in customer engagementAccountable to work with the cross-functional and matrix teams to successfully lead digital and event-management in the industry. Lead and grow our strategic and operational event management to secure leading Share of Voice and exceptional customer recognitionResponsible for the development of an innovative national event- and congress strategy as well as its implementation with clear focus on added customer value. Bring outside in, and leverage on other industry trends, as well ViiV matrix, to deliver event management as one of competitive advantages of ViiV customer engagementStrong focus on excellent implementation, including KPI reporting and strive for continuous improvement approach via After-Action-ReviewsQualifications & Skills

　　We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree (economics with marketing focus, health economics and/or science) or equivalentStrong experience in event organization and project management of national events as well as HCP congresses Strong digital mind-set with proven track of digital implementation activitiesProven leadership experience with strong passion to work with cross-functional teams Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demandsExcellent German and English language skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills
